Our Story

Medovaya-Pitstsa was founded in 2020 with a simple mission: to make waste disposal information accessible and understandable for all Canadians. What began as a small initiative by a group of environmental science graduates has grown into Canada's leading waste information portal.

After witnessing the confusion around waste sorting and disposal regulations in different municipalities across Canada, our founders saw an opportunity to create a centralized resource that could help individuals, communities, and businesses navigate the complex world of waste management.

Today, Medovaya-Pitstsa serves hundreds of thousands of Canadians monthly, providing accurate, up-to-date information on waste disposal practices, recycling guidelines, and environmental conservation.
